Police blotter for Sept. 14

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests:
•Ivonne Lissette Maldonado, 44, of 19 Landry St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school, and illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics. She was arrested in another incident and charged with distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics and injury/risk/impairing morals. She then was arrested in another incident and charged with distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school, and illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics.
•Ryan J. Brewer-Leone, 21, of 33 Jacobs St., Apt. No. 4, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with second degree failure to appear. He was arrested in another incident and charged with first degree failure to appear.
•Dana A. Ouellette, 37, of 83 Park St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 3 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Henry D. Velazquez, 42, of 78 Midfield Dr., Apt. No. 2, Waterbury was arrested on Sept. 3 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Bruce E. Zareck, 57, of 132 Haviland St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 3 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Zofia Wiacek, 56, of 565 Clark Ave., Apt. No. 14, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 3 and charged with second degree breach of peace, and threatening.
•Melissa Hernandez, 24, of 300 Slater Rd., New Britain was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•David P. Dimanno, 30, of 435 North Main St., Apt. No. 3, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Cole M. Amenta, 19, of 10 Pinebrook Terrace., Apt. No. 19, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal possession of marijuana less than 4 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Jeremy Segal, 45, of 756 Lake Ave., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with second degree breach of peace, carrying pistol without permit, first degree reckless endangerment and threatening.
•Pensri Pignatella, 57, of 826 Pine St., Apt. No. 10, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Gregory J. Jackson, 31, of 505 Emmett St., Apt. No. 23, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Alberto R. Rivera, 35, of 47 Summer St., Apt. No. 2, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Jose Leon, 44, of 258 Farmington Ave., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with first degree criminal trespass and second degree violation of conditions of release.
•Melinda S. Yopp, 25, of 505 Emmett St., Apt. No. 23, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Angel Zambrano, 35, of 3811 108 St., Queens, NY was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, third degree strangulation and first degree unlawful restraint.
•Pamela Hummel, 29, of 258 Farmington Ave., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with first degree assault, second degree breach of peace, and threatening.
•Jennifer M. Sirianni, 28, of 31 Dipietro Lane., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Pablo R. Romero, 22, of 12 Crown St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with third degree criminal mischief and refuse to be fingerprinted. He was arrested in another incident and charged with second degree breach of peace, disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer, and refusing to be fingerprinted.
•Ryan J. Konopka, 28, of 27 Adams Dr., Terryville was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with second degree breach of peace and first degree criminal trespass.
•Gumercindo Hernandez-Cruz, 27, of 889 Farmington Ave., Apt. No. 2, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Henry Bermudez-Huertas, 24, of 55 Prospect St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 1 and charged with third degree burglary and fourth degree larceny.
•Edwin R. Madeley, 69, of 8 Woodbine St., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 31 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Joshua N. Casey, 25, of 1159 Highland Ave., Apt. No. 9A, Waterbury was arrested on Aug. 31 and charged with operation of motor vehicle without license and possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana first offense.
•Jacqueline D. Cummings, 50, of 18 Broad Place., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 31 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Rebecca L. Nowak, 20, of 136 Peppermint Lane., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 31 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Tabitha R. Perry, 26, of 77 Collins Rd., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 31 and charged with evading responsibility physical injury or property damage, failure to obey stop sign and operation with registration/license suspended/revoked.
•Christian J. Kelley, 34, of 179 Divinity St., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 31 and charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree criminal mischief.
•Timothy M. Orozco, 30, of 103 Haviland St., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 31 and charged with violation of probation.
•Todd R. Belanger, 25, of 124 Hull St., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with failure to drive right, operation while under the influence and possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana first offense.
•Jason C. Deveau, 40, of 198 South St., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace, and criminal violation of protective order non threatening.
•Jill M. Bodak, 40, of 33 Ronald Rd., Terryville was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with first degree failure to appear. She was arrested in another incident and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Kendall Gaines, 40, of 361 King St., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics. He was arrested in another incident and charged with distribution of controlled substances 1,500 feet from school and illegal manufacturing, sale, prescription of narcotics.
•Lucette M. Petosa, 35, of 90 View St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Charles I. Huntley, 31, of 20 Overlook Ave., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with criminal violation of restraining order and criminal violation of protective order non-threatening.
•Maria Ortiz, 18, of 57 Connecticut Ave., New Britain was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with second degree breach of peace and threatening.
•Adolph Warren Spring, 42, of 332 South Main St., Apt. No. L. Torrington was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•David Lopez, 26, of 81 Vance Rd., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school and illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics.
•Shaun N. Oaks, 27, of 66 Margerie St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with third degree burglary and sixth degree larceny. He was arrested in another incident and charged with distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school and illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics. He was arrested in another incident and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Betty Laviero, 69, of 8 Sonstrom Rd., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Andrew Laviero, 76, of 8 Sonstrom Rd., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with second degree breach of peace and interfering with 911 call.
•Joan Hurliman, 49, of 75 New St., Apt. No. A2, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with first degree failure to appear.
•James P. Battista, 55, of 584 Pine St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Philip G. Lapine, 49, no address provided, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with third degree burglary, second degree criminal mischief, failure to comply fingerprint request, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than 0.5 ounces of marijuana first offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•Anthony L. Diaz, 18, of 19 Landry St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school, illegal manufacturing, distribution, sale of prescription of narcotics, injury/risk/impairing morals, interference with search, and possession of less than .5 ounces of marijuana first offense.
