Bristol police reported the following arrests:
•Thyan H. Rust, 27, of 55 Maheu St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Christopher E. Engblom, 41, of 675 Terryville Ave., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with disorderly conduct.
•Nathan D. Grey, 32, of 82 Tulip St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Raul P. Lugo, 45, of 662 Rosedale Ave., Bronx, N.Y. was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Hubert P. Lobzuch, 21, of 140 Greystone Ave., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace and first degree criminal trespass.
•James M. Kokiel, 42, of 50 Woodland St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with criminal violation of protective order non threatening.
•Rosemary G. Fitzgerald, 48, of 1129 Torringford West, Torrington was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with operation while under the influence, no insurance, operation with registration/ license suspended/revoked and restricted turns fail signal.
•Kevin M. Pinette, 42, of 40 Cedar Ave., Wolcott was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Christopher J. Power, 27, of 160 W. Washington St., Apt. No. J4, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with violation of probation.
•Jesse J. Medina, 39, of 304 East Rd., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with failure to have tail lamps, illegal possession of narcotics, and operation with registration/license suspended/revoked.
•Omar A. Cruz, 22, of 68 Martin Luther King Dr., New Britain was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Christian J. Kelley, 34, of 179 Divinity St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with second degree harassment and threatening.
•Andrew W. Egri, 57, of 22-24 Colt St., East Hartford was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with operation while under the influence and restricted turns fail signal.
•Amber L. Gochie, 28, of 119 Old North Rd., Winsted was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Jason C. Deveau, 40, of 14 Helen Dr., Terryville was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with criminal violation of protective order non threatening.
•Jamie L. Philo, 35, of 11 Evergreen St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with disorderly conduct and threatening.
•Angel M. Ramos, 27, of 9 Gold St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with criminal violation of protective order non-threatening.
•Kevin A. Bard, 46, no address provided, was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with criminal violation of protective order non threatening and first degree criminal trespass.
•Jesse J. Blake, 35, of 288 Pine St., Apt. No. 1, Bristol was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with first degree failure to appear. He was arrested in another incident and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Veronica Rodriguez, 25, of 31 Chestnut St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with injury/ risk/impairing morals.
•Christopher Arguinzoni, 24, of 54 Wendy Lane., Hartford was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with first degree failure to appear.
•Markise T. Jackson, 27, of 234 Farmington Ave., Hartford was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with disobeying order of officer, interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and first degree reckless endangerment.
•Jonathan W. Whistnant, 26, of 434 Jerome Ave., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 13 and charged with distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from school and illegal manufacturing, distribution, and sale of prescription of narcotics.
•Todd M. Collins, 42, of 55 Kelly St., Bristol was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Marcus Collins, 21, of 3 Connerton St., New Britain was arrested on Sept. 14 and charged with violation of probation. He was arrested in another incident and charged with engage police in pursuit, evading responsibility, interfering with an officer, second degree larceny, operation without license, restricted turns fail signal, and traveling unreasonably fast.
•Matthew A. Tepas, 42, of 118 Main St., Hartford was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with criminal violation of protective order non threatening.
