Info session set for those interested in downtown apartments

Renaissance Downtowns and the 2,300 member crowdsourced placemaking community, Bristol Rising, are sponsoring a Residential Info Happy Hour later this month for people interested in the new apartments Renaissance is proposing on Depot Square.
The event will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 28, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Barley Vine, downtown Bristol’s new craft alehouse and wine bar restaurant.
“It’s an opportunity in a fun social setting where people can mingle with the Renaissance team about the environment being developed, obtain priority status for living spaces, or ask any questions they have regarding the units or downtown living in general,” said Renaissance Project Manager Ryan Porter in a press release. Renaissance Downtowns is the city’s downtown developer.
Appetizers will be sponsored by Renaissance, and drink tickets will also be available.
Suggested topics of conversation include but are not limited to: Concepts of mixed-use, What to expect from downtown living, High level project overview, Phase I site plan, Phase I individual buildings, Phase I units types & layouts, Tenant FAQ’s, Letters of intent (LOI).
