The city says the state of emergency and parking ban remain in place. The city also intends to put its efforts in getting snow removed so schools can reopen.
The city issued the following news release:
“Bristol remains in a state of emergency. The emergency parking ban remains in effect.
“Public Works priority for Wednesday, Feb. 13 will be to focus our efforts to allow the schools to open. With that direction, we will be clearing the schools and working closely with the Board of Education to identify and clear all bus routes and bus stops.
“These areas will be cleared to allow safe passage of two way traffic, navigation of busses and ensure that sight lines are clear.
“Public Works appreciates your patience and cooperation as we work to create safe passage on Bristol’s streets.”
