Two injured after reported assault on School Street

Bristol police are investigating an incident that occurred Sunday night on School Street resulting in two individuals ending up at Bristol Hospital after a reported assault.
Police were called to 94 Gaylord St., at around 10 p.m. on Sunday to find a 38-year-old male with three separate lacerations on his face that appeared to have been from a sharp object, a press release said. The victim, who said he was involved in a fight in an alley on School Street across from the commuter lot, was taken to Bristol Hospital for treatment.
Later, a second victim, a 27-year-old male, arrived at Bristol Hospital Emergency Room and said he was also a victim of assault in an ally on School Street.
The release said at the time of the investigation neither victim was cooperating with police. The two assaults are being investigated by the Bristol Police Criminal investigation Division.
