Carousel Museum seeks marketing committee volunteers

A new Marketing Committee is being formed at the New England Carousel Museum by Marissa McGee, Chairperson of the Committee.
“We are looking for a few good people with marketing skills who would like to work with us to help promote the Carousel Museum and all of the wonderful activities created for the community by the Museum staff and Board.” said McGee in a press release.
The Carousel Museum in downtown Bristol produces over 40 events per year for the community from the Mardi Gras Party, The ACE Awards, Crocodile Club, monthly Chaparrals dances, the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Raffle and the Art & Craft Fair for adults to special fun and educational programs for the family. The museum staff enjoys creating events for children including the Family Sunday series, the annual carousel art contest for students, the Halloween Party for children, and Santa Sunday at holiday time just to name a few, explained a press release from the museum.
In addition the museum is available for wonderful birthday parties with four theme parties, a deluxe birthday package and a basic no frills party. All party participants get to enjoy rides on the carousel that is now operating in the Museum building. The museum second floor has a banquet hall with a huge dance floor that is a unique location for weddings, dinners, dances, performances, wine-tastings, showers, meetings, and puppet shows.
Marketing all of these activities with both traditional and social media methods is the goal.
