Take a trip with city’s seniors

The BristolSeniorCenter offers a variety of trips throughout the year. Trips are open to senior center members, and the general public as well. Anyone interested in signing up for a trip can call or stop by the senior center any weekday between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. June McCarthy, Volunteer Trip Coordinator is in the office on Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The SeniorCenter is located on 240 Stafford Ave. The following trips are now available:

March 28-30 – WashingtonD.C. cherry blossom viewing trip – $409

April 15 – Debbie Reynolds at Mohegan Sun – $82

May 27 – “Who Loves You Baby?” Aqua Turf – $72

June 12 – Newport, R.I. Ice Cream Train—$72 per person

July 9 – All you can eat Lobster and Comedy Show – Holyoke, Mass.- $91

July 24 – Saratoga Race Track, N.Y. – $64

Aug. 24 – Hornblower Jazz Cruise, NYC—$91

Sept. 17 – Charles Riverboat Cruise and Cheesecake Factory – Boston, Mass. – $78

Trips are non-refundable unless you can find a replacement to take your spot or you take insurance.
