Discuss rising energy rates with state’s Consumer Counsel March 10

Connecticut’s Consumer Counsel will be in Bristol on Monday, March 10 to discuss the problem of rising electric rates.

Atty.Elin Swanson Katz, who has been the state’s advocate for all utility ratepayers since her appointment by Gov. She will speak at the BristolSeniorCenter at 1:30 p.m. at the invitation of Advocates for Bristol Seniors, Inc.

Katz will also discuss other fuel costs and will offer strategies for controlling consumption expenses.
