Family Sunday program coming up at Carousel Museum

The New EnglandCarouselMuseum is offering new Family Sunday programs.

Thanks to a grant from the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation, each program will be free for a selected area within the Thomaston Savings Bank region, including Bristol, Bantam, Bethlehem, Harwinton, Litchfield, Middlebury, Morris, Northfield, Oakville, Plymouth, Terryville, Thomaston, Waterbury, Watertown, and Woodbury.

Mother’s Day Printmaking

Postcards were a very popular way to communicate during the golden age of the carousel. Children will learn the art of printmaking to decorate their own Mother’s Day postcards to give to their mothers, who will surely cherish them for years to come

 

Admission

Adults: $6

Children 2-14: $5

Children under 2: Free

Free to all residents of Middlebury

All admissions include a free ride on the museum’s working carousel.
