POWER YOGA. Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 to 8 p.m. Will cover basic postures and flow them together to bring up your heart rate. All levels welcome and modified versions of each posture will be available for those that need it. There will be an additional series of postures to practice balance and build strength. Class will wind down with mindful stretching and deep relaxation. Music will set the mood and help carry the flow.
