Sunday road rage on the highway

Bristol police are investigating a road rage incident that occurred on Barnes Highway Sunday at 2:34 p.m., which involved a gun.
The investigation found that Brett Cutler, 42 of Wolcott, was driving on Barnes Highway when he yelled at another driver about how that person was driving then pointed a gun at the driver. At the time of the incident, police said, Cutler had another adult and two small children in his vehicle. Cutler did have a valid pistol permit.
Cutler was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment in the first degree, risk of injury to a minor, threatening in the second degree, and breach of peace in the second degree.. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
