‘Refuse to Be a Victim’ course to be offered Jan. 10

“Refuse to Be a Victim” once again will be presented by Michael Ptaszynski, MD, a certified facilitator, regional training counselor.

The program will be held Saturday, Jan. 10 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Protect yourself and your family from today’s criminal. Refuse To Be A Victim crime prevention and personal safety seminar provides the tools needed to develop a personal safety strategy, including information on: The Psychology of the Criminal Mind; Home and Phone Security; Automobile and Travel Security; Personal and Technological Security; Self-Defense Tools and Training Options; Medical Safety; and more.

The course is not “hands-on;” firearm training is excluded. However, it complements a concealed carry status.

An 80 page book will be provided. A certificate of completion will be provided at the end of the course.

Refuse to Be A Victim will be held at Wolf’s Indoor Range, 597 Middle St., Bristol.
