Letter: Reader offers suggestions for downtown ‘mock-umentaries’

To the editor
We could use more information on the plans for Downtown Bristol. One way to do this would be to have a film festival with these imaginative “reel mock-umentaries”:
“Dumb, Dumber, and Dumbest”—a group schemes to build what we don’t need with monopoly money for people who are invisible.
“Of Inhuman Bondage”—Instead of going into debt for X-number of years for X-number of dollars show the schemers the e”X”it.
“Shawn of the Dead Heads”—Some city leaders keep chanting, “We need to grow.” Shawn tries to revive them with words of wisdom.
“Transfarmers”—These “Grobots” want to increase business and to increase density but this will result in increases in crime, pollution, and taxes etc.
I’m sure you can think of your own scenarios—see you at the movies.
