Police blotter for April 24

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•Philip T. Butler, 47, of 55 Prospect St., Bristol, was arrested April 10 and charged with failure to register sexually violent offense.
•Cameron M. Davis, 23, of 50 Ebert Dr., Bristol, was arrested April 10 and charged with criminal violation of protection order threatening, first degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
•Shelby Larson, 20, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested April 10 and charged with third degree criminal trespass.
•Sandeep Singh, 24, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested April 10 and charged with third degree criminal trespass.
•Jason G. Higney, 35, of 5 Wood Ct., Apt. 2, Terryville, was arrested April 10 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while using a hand held mobile telephone, misuse of plate, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and no insurance.
•Gilberto O. Cotton, 39, of 96 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested April 10 and charged with operation while registered license suspended/revoked and operation of a motor vehicle while using a hand held mobile telephone to engage in a call or while using a mobile electronic device.
•Samuel Martinez, 38, of 522 Main St., New Britain, was arrested April 10 and charged with second degree breach of peace and criminal violation of protection order threatening.
•Joseph J. Emanuel, 18, of 116 Judson Ave., Bristol, was arrested April 11 and charged with illegal possession of marijuana less than four ounces, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal manufacture, distribution and sale, possession of alcohol by a minor, and violation of a town ordinance.
•Robert Glanz, 49, of 29 Pardee St., Bristol, was arrested April 11 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•William J. Decker, 21, of 86 Columbia St., New Britain, was arrested April 11 and charged with conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.
•Aaron Fawcett, 38, of 198 Surrey Dr., Bristol, was arrested April 11 and charged with failure to respond to infraction.
•Luis D. Melendez, 34, of 201 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested April 11 and charged with criminal attempt of second degree burglary, third degree criminal trespass, criminal attempt of sixth degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of narcotics, illegal possession near a school and second degree breach of peace.
•Joseph B. Gehrken, 22, of 256 Marcia Dr., Bristol, was arrested April 12 and charged with operation while under the influence, driving in a right hand lane, making an improper turn, and failure to obey stop sign.
•Christopher M. Farr, 40, of 13 Dwight St., Apt.1, Bristol, was arrested April 12 and charged with second degree threatening, second degree breach of peace, and third degree assault with physical injury.
•Rafaelito Santiago, 38, of 9 Vega St., New Britain, was arrested April 13 and charged with second degree harassment, second degree breach of peace, and second degree threatening.
•Thomas O’Roarke, 55, of 465 Burritt St., New Britain, was arrested April 13 and charged with assault on a peace officer and second degree breach of peace.
•Kenneth C. Gibbs, 57, of 1220 Main St., Watertown, was arrested April 14 and charged with second degree criminal damage of a landlord’s property.
•Sylvio Soucy, 90, of 26 Benjamin St., Bristol, was arrested April 14 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Shawn Lewonczyk, 29, of 606 Main St., New Britain, was arrested April 14 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of narcotics, interfering with an officer, no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plate, operation while registered license suspended/revoked, operation while under the influence, and restricted turns fail signal.
•Dovin Crooks, 23, of 79 Myrtle St., Hartford, was arrested April 15 and charged with second degree failure to appear, third degree assault, and second degree breach of peace.
•Jose A. Rodriguez, 18, of 168 Stonecrest Dr., Bristol, was arrested April 15 and charged with third degree criminal mischief.
•Deborah E. Marchitello, 48, of 85 Pinebrook Terrace, Bristol, was arrested April 15 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Rebakh J. Robinson, 31, of 85 Pinebrook Terrace, Bristol, Apt. 1, was arrested April 15 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Jason Labrie, 19, of 29 Prospect St. Ext., Plymouth, was arrested April 15 and charged with third degree illegal possession of child pornography, injury, risk impairing morals and coercion.
•Dylan Moran, 22, of 91 Chestnut St., Bristol, was arrested April 15 and charged with fifth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny.
•Ryan Z. Smith, 23, of 2381 Stanley St., New Britain, was arrested April 15 and charged with illegal possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of marijuana less than four ounces.
•Randy Brown, 43, of 147 Park St., Apt. 1, Bristol, was arrested April 15 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Luis Navarro-Cordero, 45, of 19 South High St., New Britain, was arrested April 15 and charged with fifth degree larceny.
