Thomaston Savings presents grant to Parent and Child Center

The Parent  and Child Center of Bristol Hospital received a grant from Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation, Inc. for its Caring Closet program. The Caring Closet program offers low-income families basic need items, from diapers and wipes to baby food and clothing. With the grant, the Parent and Child Center at Bristol Hospital manager Kimberly Carmelich has been able to keep the items organized and available for as many families as possible. Carmelich continues to reach out to more families each year with the various programs the Parent and  Child Center has to offer.
