Due to the rainout of the jazz concert at Rockwell Park in Bristol tonight, the mobile stage will not be available to support showing Peter Pan Wednesday night in downtown Bristol.
The showing of Peter Pan will take place on Friday, Aug. 28 (again at The Patch) at 8 p.m. However, Dumbo will still take place this Thursday at 8 p.m.
Both screenings are free, and will take place on The Patch at Depot Square, North Main Street and Riverside Avenue.
Everything will be presented in Technicolor on a 14 foot outdoor screen.
The evening is made possible thanks to the Walt Disney Company, and sponsors ESPN, the Bristol Chamber of Commerce, the City of Bristol, The Witch’s Dungeon Classic Movie Museum, and The Bristol Historical Society.
Bring your blankets or lawn chairs. Fresh popcorn and soft drinks will be available.
