The Greater Bristol Chamber of Commerce, an affiliate of the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce, will host a debate for candidates running in the upcoming local City of Bristol elections (City Council and Mayor). The debate will be held on Monday, Sept. 28 starting at 6 p.m., in the St. Paul High School auditorium on the corner of Maltby Street and Stafford Avenue in Bristol.
Each debate will include a one minute introduction per candidate, randomly chosen questions (two per city council district and four for mayoral candidates) followed by two minute answers per candidate plus a one minute rebuttal/response, and finally a two minute wrap-up question/answer/statement per candidate (see attached Rules for more details).
The debate is free and open to the public. There will be no questions received from the audience/public.
