Police blotter for Nov. 6

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•Angel Vargas, 47, of no certain address, Bristol, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Mark D. Bartlett, 25, of 177 Weston St., Hartford, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening.
•Vincent A. Krasiejko, 27, of 66 Nepaug Rd., Burlington, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with fifth degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third degree forgery.
•Timothy F. Hunt, 46, of 1132 Hartford Rd., Waterbury, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with following too close, operation while registered license suspended/revoked and evading responsibility.
•Christopher Deutsch, 28, of 1095 Blue Hills Ave., Bloomfield, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with evading through physical injury and/or property damage and unsafe movement by a stopped car.
•Jason A. Dionne, 23, of 288 Wolcott St., Bristol, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with violation of probation and illegal possession of narcotics.
•Todd Labriola, 38, of 50 Bingham St., Apt. 13, Bristol, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with fourth degree larceny.
•Luke A. Ouellette, 20, of 49 Nicholas Dr., Bristol, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with second degree criminal mischief.
•Steven Dalessio, 37, of 73 Chestnut Hill Rd., East Hampton, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with two counts of first degree sexual assault on a victim less than age13, and the actor is at least than two years older, five counts of illegal sexual contact with a victim under age 16, intent of cruelty to child less than age 19, three counts of fourth degree sexual assault on a victim less than age 16.
•Keith J. Meadows, 51, of 32 Valley St., Apt. C, Bristol, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.
•Anthony Jones, 28, of 128 Clinton St., Waterbury, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with operation while registered license suspended/revoked, possession of less than .5 ounce of cannabis-type substance and failure to have tail lamps.
•Kenneth Folch-Rodriguez, 27, of 52 Kayton Dr., Waterbury, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Brent R. Seaver, 27, of 72 Willis St., Bristol, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with criminal violation of protective order non-threatening, criminal impersonation, operation while registered license suspended/revoked, failure to have lights/devices illuminated and second degree failure to appear.
•Joseph Pantano, 22, of 31 Erin St., Middletown, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening and first degree criminal trespass.
•Freddy Vega, 28, of 22 Chapman St., Hartford, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with operation while under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.
•Kyle R. Parker, 18, of 551 Pine St., Bristol, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with conspiracy to commit second degree assault with a weapon (no gunfire), carry and sale of a dangerous weapon, second degree breach of peace and criminal attempt of second degree assault with a weapon (no gunfire).
•Tameka M. Allen, 36, of 132 Fenwick St., West Haven, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud, illegal possession of narcotics, second degree forgery, and insurance fraud.
•Steven J. Mancini, 41, of 59 West Washington St., Apt. 14, Bristol, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with disorderly conduct and second degree threatening.
•Elias Gilmore, 42, of 797 East Arlington Rd., Arlington, Vermont, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with second degree breach of peace, carry and sale of a dangerous weapon and violation of a town ordinance.
•Alexander Roy, 35, of 85C Terryville Ave., was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with second degree threatening, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.
•Shauna A. Morgan, 30, of no certain address, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with first degree criminal trespass and second degree harassment.
•Theresa A. Kulesza, 38, of 430 Emmett St., Apt. B, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening, second degree threatening, and disorderly conduct.
••Todd M. Muszynski, 44, of 430 Emmett St., Apt. B, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with criminal violation of protective order non-threatening and disorderly conduct.
•Elizabeth Puzinski, 25, of 18 Cornellio Ave., Winchester, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•John J. Brasseur, 53, of 28 Lincoln St., Bristol, was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with evading responsibility.
