25TH ANNUAL CHILDREN’S HOLIDAY PARADE. Held by the Bristol Chamber of Commerce and the Children’s Holiday Festival Committee. 1 p.m. Parade is unique in that entertainment remains stationary while the children walk the parade route. There will be singers, dancers, baton twirlers, fife and drum corps, bands, jugglers, magicians, mimes. Federal Hill Green to Bellevue, High and Main streets in Bristol. Dedicated to Frank Johnson, founder of the parade in reverse. Postponement date is Dec. 13.
