Obituaries: Jacqueline (Quirion) Beaulieu


Jacqueline (Quirion) Beaulieu, 70, of Bristol, wife of Roger Beaulieu, passed away on Wednesday (January 6, 2016) at her home. Jacqueline was born in St. Georges, Beauce, Quebec, Canada on July 31, 1945 and was a daughter of the late Conrad and Helene (Poulin) Quirion. Jacqueline lived most of her life in Bristol and retired from Cigna Health Care. She was a member of St. Matthew Church, and she did a lot of volunteer work with the American Red Cross, she enjoyed being with her grandchildren and window shopping. Besides her husband, Jacqueline is survived by a son: James Beaulieu, of Harrison, Idaho; a daughter and son-in-law: Sandy and L.B. Gray, of South Windsor; three brothers and two sisters-in-law: Simon and Wendy Quirion, of Manchester, Denis Quirion, of Interlachen, FL and Julien and Lynda Quirion, of South Windsor; three sisters and brothers-in-law: Francoise and Charles-Henri Poulin, of St. Georges Canada, Julie and Craig McEwen, of Live Oak, FL, and Therese and Roger Rougeau, of Port St. Lucie, FL; two grandchildren: Zain and Sage Jacqueline Gray, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers: Renaud and Robert Quirion. Funeral services will be held on Monday (January 11, 2016, from 9 AM at the Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, to St. Matthew Church, 120 Church Ave, Bristol, at 10 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow at the Holy Family Mausoleum in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Relatives and friends may call at Funk Funeral Home on Sunday between 6 and 8 P.M.
