She was married to Frank for forty three and a half years. During that time she wore many hats:, wife, mother, daughter, sibling, aunt, Godmother, den mother, as well as working outside the home at various jobs including the bookstore manager at the College of Mount St Vincent. Jeanne was a firm believer in the power of Prayer; she had a great devotion to St. Anne and St. Anthony as well as the Rosary. She often remarked that she thought that her faith in prayer is why God kept her here on earth. You could call her anytime, for any reason except when the television Mass was on! She lived for family and friends and treasured each and every moment that she spent making memories. Her ladies on the “A” floor, as well as those friends throughout the building, were her people and she loved each and every one.
Her Funeral was held in NY at Williams Funeral Home on Sunday January 3, 2016 and a Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St Margaret of Cortona, Riverdale, NY followed by a burial in Oakland Cemetery in Yonkers, NY.
