Free program on seasonal affective disorder Feb. 3

BRISTOL – During the winter months, it is not uncommon for some individuals to feel depressed, have less energy, trouble concentrating or feel more tired. This condition is referred to as seasonal affective disorder, also known as SAD. Hartford HealthCare Senior Services is sponsoring a free program about this mood disorder on Wednesday, Feb. 3, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Colleen Johnstone, LCSW, from Rushford, a member of the Hartford HealthCare Behavioral Health Network, will lead this presentation at the Bristol Senior Center, 240 Stafford Ave.
