On Thursday, April 21 from 6 to 8 p.m., the Bristol Central High School Culture Club, along with the World Language Department, will host the third annual “Culture Night” – an evening of culinary and cultural delights designed to highlight the many flavors that make up the school’s rich cultural community.
The community sponsors who are generously making donations to the “Culture Night” include:
The Office of Mayor Cockayne
Stop and Shop, Bristol
Puerto Vallerta, Southington
Chunky Tomato, Bristol

“Culture Night” will include a pot-luck style dinner. Students and families are encouraged to bring in their favorite cultural dish whether it may be an appetizer, entrée, or dessert. The school is looking for donations of water as well. Consider bringing a case of water. The school also welcomes additional food vendors, chefs, supplies, presenters, and cultural entertainment.
“Culture Night” will be open to the public and will benefit all members of our Bristol Central community.
Entertainment for the pot-luck dinner will include: X Dance Latino dancing and DJ Kevin Taylor
Tickets are $2 and must be purchased ahead of time so that there will be an accurate count of attendees. See any teacher in the World Language Department to purchase a ticke.
All proceeds will be used to defray the cost of non-donated items purchased to host the event.
All services will be donation only and every business or group will be recognized as sponsors for this event.
