Police blotter for the week of June 24

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.

  • Melissa Bald, 45, of 85 Woodland St., Bristol, was arrested June 10 and charged with sixth degree larceny, illegal use of credit card and third degree identity theft.
  • John W. Biehn, 41, of 109 Westwood Dr., Southington, was arrested June 10 and charged with violation of probation.
  • Andree Council, 28, of 111 Starlet Lane, Apt. 2F, Waterbury, was arrested June 10 and charged with four counts of illegal manufacture, distribution and sale, three counts of distribution of controlled substances less than 1,500 feet from a school, sale/possession with the intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a prohibited place and second degree failure to appear.
  • Michelle L. Morin, 45, of no certain address, was arrested June 10 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
  • Ashley Villafane, 28, of 71 William St., Bristol, was arrested June 10 and charged with two counts of second degree failure to appear.
  • Derek T. Wilkins, 29, of 36 Richmond Pl., Bristol, was arrested June 10 and charged with illegally obtaining/supplying drugs by fraud or false statement, obtaining controlled substance by fraud, illegal possession, and second degree forgery.
  • Jermaine G. Armstrong, 37, of 31 Caesar Dr., Bristol, was arrested June 11 and charged with operation while under the influence and possession of less than 0.5 ounce of cannabis-type substance.
  • Angela M. Boutote, 24, of 12 Maybury Circle, Waterbury, was arrested June 11 and charged with operation of a motor vehicle while using a handheld mobile telephone to engage in a call or while using a mobile electronic device.
  • Steven R. Kenyon, 53, of 106 Jerome Ave., Burlington, was arrested June 12 and charged with operation while under the influence, unsafe backing and illegal carry of firearm under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
  • Steven Rutledge, 38, of 68 High St., Bristol, was arrested June 12 and charged with operation while under the influence.
  • Jeremy O. Torruellas, 24, of 10 Summer St., Bristol, was arrested June 12 and charged with first degree criminal trespass, third degree criminal mischief and criminal violation of protection order threatening.
  • Jossean Crispin, 29, of 179 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested June 13 and charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree threatening.
  • Nicholas Daigle, 18, of 269 Divinity St., Bristol, was arrested June 13 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
  • Shane A. Davis, 26, of 40 Pepperbush Way, Windsor, was arrested June 13 and charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
  • Magalys J. Negron, 30, of 97 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested June 13 and charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree threatening.
  • Lori Luddy, 51, of 820 Matthews St., Apt. 3, Bristol, was arrested June 14 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
  • Stashia M. Luddy, 28, of 820 Matthews St., Apt. 3, Bristol, was arrested June 14 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
  • Patricia R. Wirtes, 54, of 180 Goodwin St., Bristol, was arrested June 14 and charged with operation while under the influence and operating without a license.
  • Leo Baiz, 51, of 56 sunny Hollow Place, Bangor, Maine, was arrested June 15 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
  • Kimberly Burns, 41, of 39 Hickory Hill Rd., Southington, was arrested June 15 and charged with violation of protective order.
  • Kirsten Campbell, 18, of 160 North St., Bristol, was arrested June 15 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
  • Juan Cruz, 27, of 97 Washington St., Bristol, was arrested June 15 and charged with illegal possession and sixth degree larceny.
  • Gabriel Mercado, 25, of 104 West St., Bristol, was arrested June 15 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
  • Steven Nieves, 30, of 193 Barker St., Hartford, was arrested June 15 and charged with violation of probation.
