Joan Marie Wotton, 81, returned to her heavenly home on Monday, July 18, 2016.
She was so much to so many and she enjoyed nothing more than time with her family. Joan had such an open heart and gave love openly and unconditionally. It has been a blessing to have her in our lives and she will live strongly in our hearts and prayers. Her presence will be missed but her spirit will be enjoyed.
Joan was a loving daughter, mother, wife, grandmother and friend. She took great pride in seeing her family and especially loved to visit with all of her beautiful grandchildren. She truly created a home where everyone felt loved. She taught all of her children to work hard, love each other and believe in yourself.

Joan was born to Joseph and Anna Blum on June 12, 1935, in Bristol, CT. She was married to Harold (“Buster”) for 29 years, where she spent her life with him raising and caring for her family. Upon his death, Joan went to work for Calco Construction as their bookkeeper, working there for 20 years until her retirement.
