The Bristol Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will hold a Prescription Drug Take Back Day this Saturday (Oct. 22) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

According to a press release from Bristol police, anyone who wishes to rid their homes of potentially dangerous, expired, unused or unwanted prescription drugs may do so by bringing their drugs to the front lobby of the Bristol Police Department, 131 North Main St., Bristol. The DEA will not accept needles or sharps—only pills or patches, the release said. The service is free and anonymous, the release said.
