Obituaries: Theresa A. Waseleski

Theresa A. (Warkoski) Waseleski, 86, of Bristol, widow of Walter J. Waseleski, died peacefully on Sunday (November 20, 2016) at Bristol Hospital surrounded by her loving family and dear friend Rosalie.  Terry was born in Bristol on July 15, 1930 and was one of three children of the late Benny and Hedwig (Karwac) Warkoski. A lifelong Bristol resident, she graduated from Bristol High School and then went on to hairdressing school.  She worked as a hairdresser and later worked in the cafeteria at St. Paul Catholic High School.  She also worked 40 years alongside her husband, Walter, and son, William, to help build the family business, Century Spring Mfg.  She loved to play bingo and her trips to the casino.  She especially enjoyed traveling and had taken trips up until recently.  Terry is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: William and Jeanne Waseleski of Canton; a daughter and son-in-law: Carol and Jay Meisinger of Bristol; a brother: John Warkoski and his wife, Mary, of Bristol; five grandchildren: David Waseleski and his wife, Marissa, Ashley Waseleski, Caitlin Blaschke and her husband, Bill, Jillian, and Jordan Meisinger; a great-granddaughter: Krystal Waseleski; her dear friend, Rosalie Senetcen, and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a brother, Frank Warkoski.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday (November 23, 2016) at 9 AM from Funk Funeral Home 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol to St. Stanislaus Church, 510 West St., Bristol for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday between 6 and 8 P.M.
