Bristol police are searching for the suspect of a robbery that took place yesterday at United Bank on Farmington Avenue.
According to a press release from the Bristol Police Department, a man approached the teller’s window, displayed a handgun and demanded money. He fled the scene with an undetermined amount of cash, the release said.
A K-9 officer responded and tried to find the suspect, but the suspect still cannot be found at this time, the release said. The suspect is described as a white man between 40 and 50 years old, and about six feet tall with a heavy build, the release said.
